There you step ashore on the jetty and are met by our chef who serves a well-chilled and well-deserved glass of wine. With joint efforts, you prepare and cook your lobsters, which then become the main ingredient of the dinner.  <\/p>\n<p>You are divided into smaller groups that take care of the different parts of the dinner, starter, main course and dessert. The chef will teach you how to select and handle good ingredients, flavor and prepare for the absolute best taste experience.<br \/>\nDon&#8217;t worry!
