This involves pulling up lobster traps by hand, weeding the catch, re-baiting and throwing the traps back into the sea. While you fish, the skipper will tell you about the lobster&#8217;s way of life, different fishing traditions and methods, as well as how the gear is used and how fishing is conducted on the west coast.  <\/p>\n<p>Why not learn how to cook and prepare lobster in the best way?
