On the Monday after September 20, the hunt for the black gold of the sea begins
Join us for lobster fishing in the waters around Marstrand and its fantastic archipelago.
You do the job at sea, under the supervision of our experienced fishermen. This involves pulling up lobster traps by hand, weeding the catch, re-baiting and throwing the traps back into the sea. While you fish, the skipper will tell you about the lobster’s way of life, different fishing traditions and methods, as well as how the gear is used and how fishing is conducted on the west coast.
Why not learn how to cook and prepare lobster in the best way? Try the freshly cooked lobster on our jetty, accompanied by accessories and a glass of white wine.
