Together with our professional chef, you will cook and prepare your freshly caught seafood and create a culinary masterpiece and not least an unforgettable cooking evening.
When you’ve hauled in and weighed all the barrels, we head towards land and our local, Marstrands sjöbod. On the dock you will be met by our chef who serves a well-chilled and well-deserved glass of wine. Together you prepare and cook the catch from today’s fishing trip, which then becomes the main ingredient of the dinner.
The chef divides you into smaller groups and you take care of the different parts of the dinner, starter, main course and dessert. You will learn how to handle seafood, flavor and prepare for the absolute best results.
During the evening there is plenty of time to mingle as everything takes place in the same cooking room.
